«SOUNDTRACKS 2.0» GAVE OLD HITS A NEW LIFE
On February 25, 2026, the M.I. Rudomino Foreign Literature Library, a venue with almost a century of history, became the epicenter of a new musical reality. The project «Music of Light. Awakening», led by pianist and artistic director Viki Lee, presented an updated version of the concert «Soundtracks: Total Recall».
The «Music of Light. Awakening» project proved once again that soundtracks are an independent, living genre capable of development and transformation. By expanding the ensemble, inviting vocalists and entering into a dialogue with the electronic scene, Viki Lee and her team set a new direction: not just to «recall it all», but to rethink what we have heard and find a place for it in today’s cultural landscape, where there are no rigid boundaries between the concert hall and the club, between the cinematic image and live sound.
