Music of Light. Awakening

“Music of Light. Awakening” is an original project by Viki Lee, a unique multisensory journey that unites music, light and visual art. Here contemporary academic music does not simply sound: it becomes a tool for inner awakening and emotional reset. Viki Lee is the founder, leader and author of the programs of the project.

About the project

Every concert is an invitation to dive deep into yourself through compositions by leading masters of neoclassical music and minimalism: Ludovico Einaudi, Alex Baranovski, Johann Johannsonn, Yiruma, Alberto Giuriolli, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, Howard Shore, Geoff Zanelli and young Russian composers. In the atmosphere of hundreds of softly flickering candles, the audience experiences harmony and inspiration. On stage, the artist Ksenia Milovidova paints a picture in real time to the music.

Who is Viki Lee?

Viki Lee is a pianist and composer, a laureate of international music competitions, a finalist and nominee of the Russian National Music Award at the Kremlin. Education: the Central Music School at the Moscow Conservatory (class of M.A. Marchenko), the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music (class of Professor A.V. Starodubrovsky), the Maimonides State Classical Academy (assistantship).

When did the project start and where were the concerts held?

The project began on 18 February 2025 at the Marina Tsvetaeva House-Museum. Concerts have taken place in Moscow at the Turgenev Reading Library, the Gogol House Theater Salon, the Rudomino Library of Foreign Literature, the Kuskovo Estate, the MIPT concert hall, the CAGI House of Scientists and other venues.
